Born and raised in the UK, Ankur studied Law and Real Estate in London before beginning his commercial real estate career in 2008.

For over 12 years, he worked across a whole breadth of areas in the commercial real estate sector, including brokerage, valuation, and asset management, transacting over $200M worth of real estate, as well as starting to build his own portfolio.

In 2020, the American Dream was calling, and he embarked on a journey to start a new life in San Diego, California with his wife. 

He arrived, and after getting a sneak peek at this land of opportunity, he devoted the next couple of years traveling around the states to build relationships and transfer his international real estate experience to become an expert in the US real estate market.

After the birth of his twin sons in 2023, he founded Foxtail Capital to begin building a US Real Estate portfolio not just for his family, but for his ever-growing investor community.
