Step 2: Receive and Review New Opportunities
You will then receive opportunities directly to your inbox to which you will be invited to an investor webinar for each project where we will cover all of the details, business plan and financial projections.
Step 3: Soft Commitment and Due diligence
If the opportunity looks right for you, then we advise you to submit a soft (non-binding) commitment whilst carrying out your due diligence in order to reserve an investment amount, as the spots fill up quite quickly.
Step 4: Formalize the investment
After completing your due diligence, if you would like to proceed, then formalizing your commitment is done on our investor portal where you get the opportunity to review and sign the subscription documentation, before wiring the funds.
Step 5: Congratulations!
And that’s it! You’re a 100% passive real estate investor!
Step 6: The Investment Period
You will receive monthly updates from us as to how your dollars are working for the property and for you, as well as receiving quarterly cash flow distributions. Hold periods are typically 5 years.
Step 7: Exit
Upon refinancing/sale, you will then receive your share of the profits, considerably boosting your overall returns.
